Returns and Exchanges

Online Courses

If you change your mind about an online course, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No refunds after 14 days. 

In-Person Workshops

Please plan your calendar carefully. I offer exchanges but not refunds for in-person workshop fees.  Trade for any upcoming open spots.  There are no discounts for partial attendance.  

1-1 Coaching and Portfolio Reviews

We will work together via email to arrange dates that works for your live zoom coaching and portfolio reviews.  No refunds on Coaching or Portfolio Reviews.  

Conduct

This is a friendly, supportive environment.  In any of the classes, workshops or communities, keep your comments positive and encouraging. If you have truly helpful feedback, that the recipient is asking for, always be kind!  We reserve the right to delete comments and remove participants if necessary.  

Privacy

The community and group classes are not public, but they aren't private either.  Your comments and images can be seen by other participants, myself and staff. 

If I take photos in a workshop, I will verbally ask your permission to use them, but by signing up for the workshop, you grant permission to use your likeness and artwork created during the workshop for marketing to and teaching other students.  If you prefer NOT to have your image used, please tell me during the workshop and I won't take any photos that include your image.  

Your Email Address

I do not share or sell your email address to other marketers. I occasionally promote products and content related to art and Southern Oregon.
